Arguments

limma

data.frame with the columns gene and padj or FDR; result of Limma-voom analysis
edger

data.frame with the columns gene and padj or FDR; result of edgeR analysis
deseq2

data.frame with the columns gene and padj or FDR; result of DESeq2 analysis

Value

An UpSet plot of gene intersections.
